HOLISTIC FOUNDATIONS from 11/01/2012

Some more photographs taken at Holistic Foundations.  This workout was done on Wednesday the 11th January, the 6.30pm session.  

The workout was : ENDURANCE.

So in total, 120 thrusters, 120 V-Sit-ups and 15 x100m Run's
