I guess the one advantage to having your own blog, is you can post whatever you like on it.  I know and acknowledge that not anyone shares my passion for Shannon Noll.  I have been a fan of Shannon's since that first moment he stepped on stage on Australian idol 10 years ago.  I have followed his career each step of the way. To me Shannon Noll is the best thing since sliced bread.  His music is AMAZING and has helped me through some pretty tough times over the last year and a half.  I guess, it's like when all your chips are down, you grab hold with both hands really tight and don't let go of something you know and trust.  So, YES, Shannon has become a little bit of an obsession.  All good, no AVO lol  

When I separated from my husband in October 2011, my whole world fell apart.  Not only was this rough for the kids, the hardest part was remaining strong in front of them.  I had been together with my husband from the age of 16.  My world was based around him and it wasn't just him I lost, it was his whole family (my family) too.  I lost my dad when I was 14 years old, so for me, my father in-law was the only father figure I had in my life, and well today, I am the worst person in the world to them and they don't even talk to me.  

So anyway, back to Shannon.  To stop me from falling into a deep pit of depression, I had to find some things that I loved to keep me going and the motivation to get out of bed everyday for my kids.  Shannon's music and the lovable person that he is helped alot.  Have you ever really listen to his music, the words in his songs.  

His song "Lift" .. Is beautiful and it feels like he gets me and understands my pain
